Done-zo!

Finally.
I am done with finals and the semester....for now. Don't fret, only one more semester and I won't have to deal with finals anymore.
It has been a very busy time for us for the last few months. With projects, student teaching, and work, life hasn't slowed down for us AT ALL. But, we are grateful that we have survived another semester and are closer to our goal.
So, I haven't blogged for a month. Hmm, where do I start? Oh yes, Thanksgiving...

Thanksgiving was good and eventful. We went to my Mom and Dad's house in Nephi and we had a blast eating. That night, my Mom treated us girls to go see the new Twilight movie. Honestly, that movie scared me a little bit. Anyways, once we got back from the movie, it was around 11:00-11:30 pm. When we were driving into the driveway, we notice that there were two people running away from the house like mad men and apparently broke in to my Dad's old chevy truck. How do we know this? His passenger seat door opened up by itself when we were about to drive in to the garage. It scared the heebie jeebies out of me! Darn Twilight movie! I thought it was a ghost or something, but putting two and two together, we know who it was.

Anyways, after chasing the two people in our car and calling the police, we found out who it was. Not only that, but the two perpetrators left their getaway car (full of bottles of Pepsi in it) parked in an awkward position and one of them left their passenger seat cracked OPEN, AND, one of them left their cell phones in the car! Smart people. So, after some investigating with the cell phone, we find out that it was two high school kids trying to, "prank" my little sister by putting Pepsi in her car, the chevy truck, and such.
Who pulls a prank like that?!
Whatever. All I know is that we had better pranks that we pulled on others that were 100x more clever than that.
Anyways, after that, we went up to play "Family Feud" with the Duntons in Draper and it was fun! Grandma Dunton created the whole set-up of the game. She is so creative! It was fun, but my group didn't do well in the tournament. Here is a picture of that event.

Other than that, we have no room to complain! We are grateful for the blessings that we have been receiving this holiday season. Brandon got another internship with the Church in the summer in the information systems department and we are excited for it! We are grateful for the opportunity to continue our education and finish it off. We are grateful for our families, no matter the circumstances that they are in. I will try to post again before Christmas.

I love our tree. It is a good fit for us. GO UTES!
